It was very easy to order from ultra secure. The item was dispatched quickly and delivery was no issue. Now looking around I could have saved a few pounds buying the items from different suppliers but I did not have the confidence that should I have an issue with the item that I would be able to get it sorted out. But with Ultra Secure I felt confident that if I had any issues setting the item up or after installation I would have been able to contact them and they would have been able to assist in getting it up and running, so the extra few pounds spent was well worth it for the after sales support.
