Whilst unfortunately the product that I ordered and promptly received had to be returned as it didn't quite work for what I wanted , the service and response was five star . Nothing wrong with the product which was good quality .

We ordered a set of three night lights/torches which were delivered quickly. They are a great security feature and we are so glad we got them. Absolutely essential for power cuts at night and so useful. Thoroughly recommended.

I've been using Ultra secure products for years - we use personal alarm systems as our son has epilepsy. The products always arrive quickly and are reliable. The tech support is also really good too.

Garage alarm, with repeater. Reasonably okay for the price, But… PIR sensor only works for up to 2m, so had no option other than to install covering the doorway -shed is 5m x 5 m. Assembly sketches don't reflect the actual appearance of the step main bits of kit. As a result it took me some time to figure out that the pieces had to be paired… locating the pairing buttons was a pain, but got there in the end. Would have expected better for the money.

Very satisfied with the autonomous wireless alarm kit. Very responsive customer service. Thanks to the technicians who provided me with clear answers regarding the settings of the detectors. This autonomous system was very easy to install and works perfectly. I recommend it to anyone looking for a simple alarm kit.

Looking for a specific proximity alarm I telephoned Ultrasecure. Given good advice and an item number to look for on their website. Ordered Monday and received Tuesday, the alarm works perfectly and was so easy to install - just what I was after. Ultrascure's adivce and assistance was second to none. Highly recomended. GVB

Lid on the spigot didn't fit flush

We bought 3 simple gate alarms with receiver's . Very simple to install , 6 screws ( although only 4 screws in each pack) Fix to gate and post and plug in receiver. Order arrived quickly and we feel much more secure now they are all fitted. We highly recommend.

Ordered two wireless sensors from them and arrived two days later. In run up to Xmas, I was impressed particularly since the forecast delivery time was much longer. I have used them several times and always been happy with service. They even rang me up once to check that I'd ordered the right thing given that it wasn't compatible with something else I'd ordered from them previously.
