CLEAR AND PRECISE VERY GOOD
I mistakenly ordered some incompatible sensors, but UltraSecure contacted me to verify precisely what I wanted. The sensors I actually needed were cheaper than the ones I'd bought and paid for. UltraSecure refunded the difference back to my credit card the next day. The whole order was dispatched and received within a couple of days. All of the sensors had already been paired with the control panel so installation was a simple process of fix it and switch it on!! A great job and I'd have no hesitation in recommending them.

It is good but we have some false triggers.
We often have small tips and tricks to provide to avoid this kind of triggers that are due to the installation environment. If this is not the cause, it may also be a material problem, which is obviously under warranty and therefore exchangeable.

I bought this product because I was confirmed by email that it could be powered by a transformer on 220V. When I received it, I noticed, as did your technician, that this was not possible. Nothing to report for the rest.
Indeed, I had not thought of this detail, it would prevent the principle of 'backup batteries', sorry.
