Fast service, great product

Web site is easy to use , prices are very competitive ( and no charge for using a credit card ) ,ordering was straightforward , delivery was superb and goods extremely well packed and best of all by following the supplied instructions the product was simple to install - all round excellent service .

This is my second order and it was delivered when expected, was exactly as described, and I would use Ultrasecure direct again.

Have dealt with this company for some time and have always had good service and very quick delivery

Ordering process was easy and the delivery promised next day was on time. the item came well packed and padded to avoid damage during transit by the courier. Inspection of the item showed all the parts were there the post no damage and was in working order, but has yet to be fitted. Would I use Ultrasecuredirect again - Yes. definitely.

Excellent service, received items next day even though we ordered after the cutoff. Product is good and is the only one in the low price range, the other units we ordered from elsewhere were 2 and a half times the price. It does show that they are cheaper but they are still of good quality.

Items all arrived quickly. The wireless alarm system appears to operate okay but the wireless keypad and the key fob do not always operate first time and require numerous attempts to either arm or disarm the system. I knew beforehand that this may occur.
