I was very satisfied with my order at SECURITEMARCHE. First of all, I had purchased an alarm that was supposed to work with my orange box but unfortunately the alarm did not work with this particular type of box. SECURITEMARCHE offered to return it and suggested a model that works with a SIM card. After installation, the alarm works perfectly and meets my primary need which was to have the ability to trigger an alert in case of difficulty for an elderly person.
