My first order was delivered on time and of good quality . Unfortunately I had to return it as it wasn't quite right for my requirement . My fault , not the product . The return / refund was dealt with effectively and without fuss . That made me feel confident in using Ultrasecure again , which I did for an entirely different product . That too was delivered on time and of high quality . No hesitation to use them again if the need arises .

Help before I bought the product was superb. The product itself is fantastic and does what I hoped it woild do. However the written instructions that came with it, could be improved. The writing was too small so very hard to read. Also there was a sheet wth another unrelated product that confused me. I had a little trouble setting up the alarm and understanding it so phoned for help. The pjone wasn't answered and after a day or two I got a personal email with detailed instructions.which I followed successfully. I was hopo g for a phone call but it didn't happen.

Whilst unfortunately the product that I ordered and promptly received had to be returned as it didn't quite work for what I wanted , the service and response was five star . Nothing wrong with the product which was good quality .

We ordered a set of three night lights/torches which were delivered quickly. They are a great security feature and we are so glad we got them. Absolutely essential for power cuts at night and so useful. Thoroughly recommended.

Garage alarm, with repeater. Reasonably okay for the price, But… PIR sensor only works for up to 2m, so had no option other than to install covering the doorway -shed is 5m x 5 m. Assembly sketches don't reflect the actual appearance of the step main bits of kit. As a result it took me some time to figure out that the pieces had to be paired… locating the pairing buttons was a pain, but got there in the end. Would have expected better for the money.

Very satisfied with the autonomous wireless alarm kit. Very responsive customer service. Thanks to the technicians who provided me with clear answers regarding the settings of the detectors. This autonomous system was very easy to install and works perfectly. I recommend it to anyone looking for a simple alarm kit.

Looking for a specific proximity alarm I telephoned Ultrasecure. Given good advice and an item number to look for on their website. Ordered Monday and received Tuesday, the alarm works perfectly and was so easy to install - just what I was after. Ultrascure's adivce and assistance was second to none. Highly recomended. GVB
