Very helpful . Didn't understand much about the product I was buying so I called them And they were very helpful. They missed something out of the parcel but I received it the next day will be using again.
Everything was OK
The UltraSecure website was easy to navigate, and the products clearly described. I found what I was looking for with very little trouble. The ordering process was easy and uncomplicated. Communication was good, and I was kept updated as to when to expect my goods. I was given a one hour delivery slot, which allowed me to plan the rest of my day. Despatch was extremely quick, with the goods, ordered before midday, arriving on the following day. The quality of the security products is high, and I shall recommend the site to my friends.

Well packaged well presented prompt delivery - manufactures videos are a tad diy but the product is close to perfect instructions were very well presented build quality is very robust compared with big name alarms highly impressed with the system we have - purchased as a stand alone system for our company vans dial out function was exactly what we needed and in the current climate the company could well be on to a winner with a vehicle adaption of the kit ! 10/10

I find the manual difficult to follow. I would have to hire a 'professional' to install it.
