As my colleague indicated to you on December 19, depending on your installation, you needed to raise the door contact due to the fact that you have a shift. However, this is not something that is provided, I cannot understand what your son-in-law had more.
What I know: these door contacts are delivered with double-sided tape, period. Do not hesitate to contact our service by phone to give us more information. We strive to respond to each request as best as we can.

However, the wireless doorbell purchased works perfectly and the transmitters seem particularly well protected against humidity. It is possible to place the transmitters away from humidity (in the mailbox for example) and use a remote wired push button (I did it and it works perfectly). The announced range of 700 m in free field seems real.
