2 out of 4 cameras do not work, probably a WIFI problem that I could not resolve.
DREADFUL CHINESE INSTRUCTIONS ON SMALL BIT OF PAPER TRANSLATED SO DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND. I still don't know why my alarm won't flash when the sos button is pressed . I have to keep contacting this firm . The instructions don't tell you to remove rubber bung to access on switch but tell you to take clear cover off with loads of tiny screws . Might be a UK company but they are selling cheap Chinese rubbish alarms and I bought 2 ! Whole thing been a lot of aggro

Very satisfied however remote control connection problem with the accessories had difficulty connecting with the others, I hope this one lasts longer. But I recommend to all those very satisfied alarm system connected to my mobile.

No, precisely the remote control I put in a pocket of my jacket without anything with it is at the level of pressing the close or deactivate button the red light blinks from time to time I have changed the batteries several times, already a hassle it is better than the first model, otherwise overall I am very satisfied with my purchases. I hope this one will last and work.

The site is good, but there are no stickers to put on the axes, and the batteries failed after two months, they are not guaranteed, it's (consumable) not very commercial.

The remotes are of average quality, often need to open the case to properly replace the battery for good contact.
Very good customer service, they exchanged my defective doorbell that was less than a year old without any problem. However, the product received in exchange is not new, it has multiple small scratches as well as some marks... A bit disappointed even if the 'new' one works very well.
The customer service holds up, however the products, I define them as cheap junk; the detectors easily go out of adjustment, even with very little wind. I had to replace some batteries 2 months later. I regret my purchase, there are better products on the market.

Product a bit flaky, I feel like it may worth replacing with an alarm from an established home security firm once possible . Messaged support to ask about an issue and they never came back. Alarm seems to work for now, but not inspiring too much confidence.

CAPRICIOUS FUNCTIONING
Average products do not hold the charge with the original solar panel and no after-sales solution quality-price ratio questioned!!!!

Alarm was shipped very promptly. Unfortunately, DPDs delivery was very poor resulting in lots of wasted time. Ultrasecure were very helpful and contacted DPD on my behalf albeit with limited effect. The alarm seems to be OK although the siren claims to be 130dB which you would expect to be literally painfully loud. When the siren sounds inside the vehicle, it does not seem loud at all - it would not be audible from my house about 25 metres away. However, the second siren situated in the house does make sufficient noise.
The operation is very random!! Very often, I do not see any external camera, sometimes only 1 (out of 2), rarely both at the same time. However, the Ultracam control box (visible from the cameras and 15m away from them, without obstacles) is located on the roof for better reception of the 4G antenna (located 1000m away). Disappointing!
The alarm's ringing is not loud enough outside and does not reach far enough.

Fragile remote control, this is already the second the flashing alarm, I had to disconnect it, it rang in the middle of the night for no reason and I couldn't stop it. Otherwise, the rest works well.

Slow handling of the material for a rushed person
I would have given more stars if the circlips on the bottom of the post had been fitted correctly, it took a couple of minutes to work out why the pins were flopping about

Ordering was straightforward, the delivery was prompt and, so far, the long range bell is working fine. But the instructions were woeful and the description of the receiver unit on the web-site was rather sketchy, so it is less capable than I had assumed. Subsequent email service to provide instructions was good but they should have been come with the product.
I had a problem mounting the PRI in that with the rubber cover in place the adjustable ball joint could not be tightened sufficiently to lock the mounting. The PRI would always tilt to its lowest position. I telephoned your technical dept seeking advice and was informed that I needed to get a thicker piece of rubber to replace the friction rubber washer supplied and that this problem had not come to light before. I was quite aghast at this being expected to modify a new piece of equipment! I said that if the parts supplied were indeed defective then these should be replaced by correctly operating parts. The operative then agreed to supply new parts, however to date these have not been received meaning that it is impossible for the equipment to be properly installed. AN URGENT REPLY WOULD BE APPRECIATED CONCERNING THE SUPPLY OF THE DEFECTIVE MOUNTINGS

Disappointed in wireless (800) driveway gate alert. Receiver, is made in China, feels cheap and flimsy. Set up was hit and miss with poor instructions. Can't be set to operate for more than 60 secs. which for my purposes is insufficient. Ultra Secure seemed like a good supplier compared the competition as they offer a comprehensive range although their prices are not cheap but they do respond to telephone calls. I made an expensive mistake with the package I ordered.
