Received alarm and associated items in 2 day of ordering. Batteries included so no need to buy/search for them. Easy to set up and register.
Good value and fast delivery good quality product
Easy to order, product as described, appears to be good quality and does what was wanted. The delivery charge is too high considering the size of the parcel and the premium price of the product though, it wasn't needed urgently and there were no alternative options available, which is why this is a 4, not 5 star rating; it was however well packed and protected.

It what I was expecting, I fitted my existing solar panel to it, but will have to wait until the sun comes out, all rounder perfect. No cables to worry about. Good system. Good customer service and technical support. My only criticism is the handset lasts for one to two years before breaking down. I am on my third handset in 5 years. Despite this I am happy with the system as a whole.
