This company meets all expectations in efficiency of service and despatch etc. One item was faulty but they arranged to have it collected and to despatch a replacement, without any delay. The carrier they use operates the 1-hour time slot for your delivery and this means no sitting around all day, waiting!!

An excellent product and I am delighted with its performance. Easy ordering system and a quick efficient delivery. The online chat facility answered my questions before ordering. I purchased the Ultra-Com 600 metre Wireless Intercom System (no keypad) and mounted the intercom unit at my front door. No more worries about missing callers as I take the handset with me when I'm working outside or in my studio which is located at the bottom of the garden. Clear reception and easy to operate. Very satisfied all round and highly recommend both product and company.
