Small 'downside' regarding technical advice: I ordered a bag alarm. I had asked if the 120 decibels announced were real....and I receive a device that could just serve as an alarm clock as the sound is very low, very little deterrent actually!

Was a component short , but after phone call it arrived the next day. Very good response. The alarm works well. Would be improved if alarm setting indicator was say 2 beeps and unalarm 1 beep rather than just slightly different tones. Overall very good.
