I have purchased other items from this company that are working well, swdly the wireless dialer alarm wouldnt work at all and had parts missing like batteries and wall bkt..on good note..response was excellent, they answered queries rapidly and issued refund so def a reputable trusted company

The device arrived - well packaged - thanks. You had already linked all the pieces which was fabulous and the alarm is VERY loud. The mobile phone alert function is tremendous and the link to the wireless siren allows me to hear the garage alarm in the house. Everything is superb but I have two suggestions: Fitting the PIR device to the wall is not easy. The little screw that attaches the battery cover is too small and not very good quality. You supplied two but I damaged both trying to screw it into the ball-joint and, once in, I could not get it tight. I ended up gluing this piece. A re-think on that area would be good. I did use the correct screwdriver by the way (jewellery type). The cable on the power supply was OK for me as my garage sockets are half-way up the wall but I think it could benefit from being a bit longer in some applications. Apart from those points though - I am DELIGHTED with my purchase to help protect my garage.
