Fast and efficient service. The product is easy to install and works well. I did have to call Customer Service for some advice, my enquiry was dealt with fast and professionally.
The intercom arrived promptly and works well. The instructions were clear and having the device already paired was a help. A few suggestion as to make it even better. a) The aerial cable - there is no slot for this to go through the outside cover. I have just curled it up inside the case and it works but I'm sure it would work better if it was extended properly. Instructions as to what to do with it would be useful - should I make a slot in the bottom of the cover so it can protrude underneath and still be secure from the elements? b) Some kind of facility to put the business name underneath the buzzer button would be useful. Most similar devices have a small indentation with a plastic cover where a name card can be placed. c) My set up has the buzzer on the front door and the handset in my office in the garden 100yds away. When I am in the house it's a pain to have to take the handset with me on every occasion. A separate simple bell unit in the house which rings at the same time as the handset in the office would be very useful as if I am in the house I don't need the intercom facility I can just answer the door. Hopefully helpful comments - overall very pleased with the unit.
