The stand alone water alarm ordered did just what it said on the packet, easy to install and check for correct operation. The unit is a godsend in my home where my boiler is out of sight and faults are only apparent when the decoration below is ruined. Such peace of mind is priceless. Tom Dayton

As a company they tried hard with a difficult problem, Ultrasecure was recommended to me by Suffolk Police home security,I followed it up and selected a camera,made in mainland China,it refused to work,Ultrasecure worked on it to solve the problem as this was a camera that was in their brochure but new to them,unable to solve the problem it was returned and another familliar to them was sent to me,this was finaly fitted and up and running, not the best camera on the market but it does some of the actions I required,basically I just got fed up and had run out of time,I was told the first camera had to register with the makers server in china,Ultrasecure advised me not to do that,and the camera refused to work until that was completed, the second camera refuse's to use wi-fi as it clashe's with other wi-fi, but it tilts and turn and it has a picture, that will have to do,there were several phone calls with Ultrasecure to achieve this level of operation, they tried, but my opinion is they need to understand the products they are selling, to sell and walk away is not enough,
