Serious company with excellent support and available advisors. However, there is a lack of a customer area with order tracking and history; you place an order but without creating an account, which is surprising nowadays. But this does not prevent excellent tracking at the delivery level and ultra-fast delivery. Regarding the equipment, I am talking about a specific range and do not question the quality of the other materials they sell. It concerns the Ultrapir range; remote control too sensitive (do not put it in your pocket) + poor contact at the battery level on some remotes + the supports for the detectors are of mediocre quality, unsuitable for the weight of the detector (too bad, this was already the case in 2016, during my previous order, and it has not been corrected). Otherwise, in terms of operation and detection, nothing to complain about, and that is the main thing. But overall, it is a serious and trustworthy company that I highly recommend.

The equipment is effective (powerful indoor siren) and very easy to install in a few moments. Easy to use. Very complete range that can meet all types of needs and is especially expandable. You can add various accessories: remotes, sirens, transmitters... according to needs. The manuals are clear, well-readable, and complete. We purchased an Ultracomm3 for a terrace of 9 houses about 50 or so yards long. These houses are built around a significant steel frames as they are live/work units and we were to some extent skeptical about the claimed 600m range of the system. However, a simple test proved the aerial inside the gate was more than enough to get a good signal inside the furthest house. Very easy to set up and pair the remote handsets. The only issue to be addressed is the rear entry and an option for a rear mounted terminal box to give flexible entry locations and proper glanding would have been a bonus. Also the the cover allen screws are a bit small and fiddly although a handy tool is provided which makes them easy to remove. Overall seems like a great piece of kit for a relatively small budget.
