I have used this company before for some alarm equipment, response is good. However I recently ordered some sensors (PIR's) for the alarm. I received them and notice how annoying they are to put together as regards mounting to a wall. Rather than just clipping to a mini wall stand, you now have to open up the PIR, then annoyingly you have to remove the entire printed circuit board (PCB) to be able to drill a hole, to put a screw to mount it to the wall mount they supply ! You then have to carefully re-fit the PCB. Absolutely ridiculous to say the least. This is a very POOR DESIGN that they should not sell - all you need is a basic 'clip-in' stand that should already be mounted. A customer who pays nearly £20 for one PIR should not be expected to do this work! They -USD- should do it or buy a decent design in the first instance. All you need to do is make a simple error and the PCB could break when you remove / put it back, and of course they will say its 'your fault'. Not impressed and I purchased 5 of these PIR's that will take ages to install because of its very poor design.

Please do not remove the boards in the PIR's for the installation, this is not required, all you need to do is drill a single hole in the plastic case below the board (where there is a recess in the case), you then feed the long screw through the adjustable mounting brackets, it is a very quick process. Aim 2 - 2.50 meters from the ground, or possibly tilt the head of the detector very slightly backward, to look higher.

Moreover, sensitivity adjustments are possible on this model, and this will affect the detection distance.

Finally, all this may be related to the reset delay, which is originally 5 seconds, but can be configured to 3 minutes. Perhaps you modified it without paying attention?

I ordered a KP9 alarm panel that was delivered promptly. It is a good product. What lets it down is the manual. It has been badly translated from Chinese. A lot of the commands are missing. It takes a lot of reading to get the full benefit out of the panel. Even trying to set it up I had to ring their help line. The help back up is good and they knew the answers to my question. It's a pity that Ultra Secure don't re-write the manual

Sorry you do not like the Siren on the Battery Camera, most customers actually use it in the Covert mode (with no siren) so that the Camera is not being focussed upon by an Intruder (allowing it to take the covert video), some customers would then use a seperate battery alarm so that that takes away any interest in the Camera. Because the device is battery powered it cannot have a big siren as the battery is also powering the Video.

- A connection on the internet box is not possible because the box itself would be cut off in case of a power outage, thus rendering the alert system inoperative...

- 4G/5G networks: unfortunately, this would be worse because these networks do not yet cover the entire territory (about 83% currently) as is the case for 2G + 3G networks (about 95%). Moreover, network penetration in buildings is also lower.
Finally, this technology still being expensive, it would make the device unnecessarily costly.

- There is no direct connection between your device and your smartphone: the device sends an SMS and/or call directly on the mobile network (like any mobile phone), then your smartphone will ring like a call/SMS received by any of your contacts.
If the connection is not reliable, it is because the network is not sufficient, either on the device (depending on where you have installed it), or on your smartphone (depending on where you are). For a weak network problem, it is rather at the level of the choice of operator that you need to turn.
If it is the device that does not receive correctly (see the GSM level in the SMS report), you can either change the operator of the inserted SIM card to choose an operator with a better signal, or add an antenna extension that would allow you to place it outside and thus receive a better signal with the existing operator.

Hello, Sorry for that. I checked your order, I am not sure which item you experienced this inconvenience with? I see 13 accessories that include lithium batteries. There can be several reasons for a malfunction like this: - an item that overconsumes, to check this, just change the battery and see if the phenomenon occurs again - defective battery at shipment, although the batteries we ship are new, this can unfortunately happen - item too solicited in your environment/installation (but 2 months seems a bit extreme to me) Anyway, this is obviously not normal, I suggest you contact our technicians, they will see the details with you and will conduct tests to find the solution and/or replace the accessory in question. Device does its job well. I would have given it 4 or 5 stars but for the fact that the supplied PIR sensor batteries were dead on arrival. Which made pairing a painful exercise until the reason became clear.

Hello, This can indeed be the case when vehicles are too cold or can drive too fast where detection occurs. I assure you, your installation can be optimized in several ways: 1) there are 3 sensitivity levels, by default set to low sensitivity, I invite you to refer to the manual to configure this and make the detector more sensitive 2) if possible, try to install the detector at an angle (30-45°) and move it back a few meters from the alley (imagine a speed radar) Please do not hesitate to contact us further so that we can assist you. Thank you for the review, we always try our best to be as honest as possible with all of our products, this product was clearly labelled up by the manufacturer as 130 Decibels, which is why we stated the same.
Due to your review, we have tested one and our tests averaged 155 Decibel with a maximum of 120 Decibels.
We do know many APP's testing sound levels can vary by as much as 10 - 15%, we have changed the specification on the website now to 120 Decibel.

No, this is absolutely not normal, and we do not work like that.
Did you properly remove the protective plastic? It does indeed have a 'scratched' appearance but it just needs to be removed, it protects the product from scratches.
If that's not it, just contact us and we will exchange it without any problem. During transport, it may happen that an item gets damaged, unfortunately, I hope you can understand that.

The marked items, called 'refurbished', are sold in a separate section on our site, at a reduced price. If you did not order through this channel, then you should have received a completely new remote control verified by us.
