EXCELLENT. I recommend Ultra Secure 3G, I have been looking for a device for years that informs me when we have a power outage in our second home (Storm = sometimes power outage = problem: freezer and pool). Thanks to Ultra Secure 3G, I am immediately informed by SMS (up to 3 people) thanks to a SIM card in the device and batteries (2 euros subscription with Free). In my absence, my neighbors intervene to turn the EDF switch back ON. BRAVO for the low price and excellent product that saves us money
Hello, regarding image quality, very good during the day or night, the batteries last only 1 week with a program from 9 PM to 7 AM for night surveillance 7/7 in PIR mode, so on detection of damages that we cannot record automatically continuously. I have another brand which is EUFIY CAM with the same settings, there the batteries last well between 6 to 7 months, so I will recharge them again and again and I will leave another review on the cameras, thank you. PS also when the batteries are at 5 percent, when I plug in the charger, the light stays green and does not turn orange, this is annoying because I have to try 3 to 5 times to get it to charge. THANK YOU for asking for my opinion
Top customer service, my ultracam 4g box was no longer working, it had not been guaranteed for a few months, I sent it for diagnosis before buying a new one, the technician reconfigured it and it works. I only paid for the shipping costs to and from. Very professional contacts on every call. Thank you.
