After browsing through the website and noticing the product I was interested in was out of stock I rang the contact number and given an alternative product that covered all my requirements. Product and delivery all great.. as a DIYer the installation was a little trickier than expected due to narrow gaps around door and frame. This potential problem wasn't obvious to me from the limited instructions on line before ordering or with those that came with the product.
Parts ordered on line arrived within days and were exactly as described, no complaints.

I was looking for an alarm for a stable door, but could not work out what I wanted, so I called UltraSecureDirect. The gentleman on the phone was extremely helpful, guiding me to an alarm and talking me through it. He answered all my questions and was very patient ad knowledgeable. It was then very easy to order and arrived very quickly and well packed.
