Functional and seems to work ok
The commercial documentation mentions that you can register 3 phone numbers, whereas in power outage detection mode you can only register one. After 2 days of service, I received a message indicating a battery level (new!) below 30%. Generally, this product (made in China) does not really inspire confidence.

I found the attachment between the PIR sensor and the wall bracket to be very weak. you only have a very small screw to assemble these two items together. other than that the alarm is working fine.

Purchase easily made on the site. Package arrived quickly in serious packaging. Medium range material especially considering the price (the melodies and the chime are actually just a series of beeps, detection not 100% reliable). Modest quality/price ratio.
Love my remote PIR alarm. Its loud, its easy to set. Speedy delivery of my door sensor ( additional item ) but i'm having some problem synchronising it to my PIR unit. Not tested the battery, but it just doesn't seem to work. I'll contact you directly if i cant get it up and running.

The alarm does not sound loud enough

The sensors inside and out were incapable of communicating with the siren box on front of the building. I found that only when the sensors were able to "see" the siren were they able to communicate. Otherwise the team were helpful but system a waste of money.
I am sorry you couldn't get the Wireless range between the Sensors and your desired location for the Siren Controller Box, unfortunately one can never be 100% sure with regards to Wireless Signals, we advertise actual distances (line of sight) which have all been tested and confirmed by us before adding them to our range of products. But it is impossible to know what may hinder this, it can be the nature of the construction, hidden cables or steel in walls, wi-fi and consumer box locations, even external influences. It would probably be possible for you to add a secondary Siren to this Alarm Kit, the first Siren could then bounce a signal to a second Siren at the front of the house. The device works very poorly. The intercom works more or less audibly, once the door release is activated, the intercom keeps its light on, but no longer communicates. It is imperative to cut the power to be able to use it again. Not to mention that the purchase does not specify that an external 12VDC power supply is necessary. In this case, why provide batteries... I strongly recommend not to buy this product.
The order made by phone to avoid mistakes! I received a kit that doesn't really match but I will make do, we had to contact you again for the assembly because the right manual was not in the pack. Otherwise, the person who helped us by phone was very competent and friendly, the delivery and follow-up by email were very good, I have a very small apartment with a mini entrance and the red siren you can't miss aesthetically is not great. Weak alarm does not meet my expectations siren not powerful enough

Nice responsiveness regarding the problem.. But knowing that the remote control problem was known at Securite Marché, I would have hoped for a free replacement with their new remote control, having purchased the alarm system in March. This justifies my three stars.
We did indeed offer to replace the remote control with the same one, at no cost, under the warranty.
We wanted to go further and thought that offering you the exchange of your March remote control for the new remote control and only paying the difference was rather advantageous and satisfying for you, sorry if you did not perceive it this way.

Instruction sheets are confusing and lacking in important information. Equipment not value for money. Low battery indicator would be nice. Technical staff were helpful but if the instructions were better there would be no need to keep contacting them. I was planning on building a system over time with them and advising others in need of rural security to do so but feel unable to recommend Ultrasecure at this time. The equipment is expensive for the sheer lack of modern sophistication. The receiver loudspeaker is very poor and the technology appears to date from the 60"s

The detector does not trigger quickly. Disappointed with the product.
Sorry for that. Knowing this model, there is a strong chance that it is simply a misunderstanding of the product (sincerely). Did you carefully read the manual? Especially after arming, you have (like most alarm systems) a 30-second exit delay to respect (to allow you to leave the premises). After this delay, the detector will trigger immediately, without any delay.
The best thing to do in a case like this is to call us at 09 72 30 88 88 (non-premium number) to discuss with a technician who can explain all this operation to you. It's a shame not to go through our team who is at your service (we are known for this extremely effective customer service) and to immediately leave a negative review.

I have had to purchase a replacement control for my caravan alarm. The control is so poorly made it only lasted a couple of months before it started playing up. The support is non existent and only implies that it is the user that is not using the equipment correctly. I will not be recommending this product to any fellow caravaners. When the new control fails I will be buying another alarm from a credible supplier.
Sorry the Remote Control failed, having checked the records the Alarm was over a year old when you replaced the remote control, we do not know when you first reported a problem. We do have an alternative Remote Control that works with your Alarm which may suit you more, the part number is 007-0660, we would be happy for you to send this new remote control back to us and we will upgrade you to this model.
We have sold about 5000 of these Alarms now, and many customers actually recommend friends to them, so most customers have been happy, but we never like any person being unhappy. Please check the alternative model out on our website, and feel free to take up our offer of this exchange.

Intercom installed with remote antenna, no problems. The only downside is the walkie-talkie communication mode instead of simultaneous.

The product is not sensitive enough and therefore does not alert for every vehicle passing.

Please know that your installation can be (greatly) improved to resolve this.
1) make sure your detector is positioned at 1.60m and parallel to the ground
2) position your detector at an angle of about 45° (like a speed radar) and, if possible, slightly set back from the path (2-3 meters)
3) the sensitivity of the detector can be modified (low and high position, in the trap of the detector at the back)
4) if necessary, do not hesitate to open the horizontal angle of the cover to cover a larger passage on your driveway
Customers who follow these instructions generally achieve an installation that detects all vehicles passing.

Very average as a system because following several changes of place the security system is not 100 percent reliable. Indeed, as soon as it rains, drizzles, fog, it does not work?? and we are not warned of intrusions on our property. Therefore, we do not recommend this product.
Sorry for this feeling, you are on a high-end product and customer feedback is positive, this material is very efficient. I lean towards two possibilities:
1) the installation of the material can be optimized - depending on your environment, advice can be provided to improve detection, do not hesitate to send us photos and a layout diagram, we can guide you
2) possibly a manufacturing defect, this is still electronics - after seeing the various improvements in point 1, we can carry out an exchange if necessary, the material being of course under warranty.

There is a serious problem with the gate control combined. Indeed, it turns off every time it is charging which forces one to press a button (which takes some time) to turn it back on and of course to be continuously attentive to the charge indicator bars. No, it's not fatal but... there you go! Otherwise, the rest works very well.

Good product overall but in my last order: - One detector out of three does not work well - One battery out of three out of service (completely drained)

The batteries are elements that we cannot test with each shipment. In batches, from time to time, a battery may be defective. I see the return of yours which was, as well as its replacement with a new one.
However, regarding the detector, these elements are tested (and even paired) before shipment, there must have been a problem during transport unfortunately. Alarm won't ring my phone
We are sorry you have experienced some issues with getting the phone calls working, this could be a few things including a SIM Card issue (have you activated the roaming sim card on the suppliers web site please), it could be the Phone Calls need turning ON (#8#), or SMS (#9#), have you tried programmed the telephone numbers using the Country Code (UK 0044, then dropping the (0). We assume you have a mobile phone signal in the location of the Alarm. Have you left the alarm for 30 seconds or more to see if it calls you, you can turn the Siren OFF (#7#) whilst doing this if you have it turned ON. If these do not help, please contact our technical staff by telephone or email who will get you going, their number is 01604 589414, option 1 or email [email protected]. Rest assured we will get you going, we have sold thousands of these Alarms in the UK & Europe. I hope this helps

As discussed with my colleague on January 2, I confirm that it was agreed to exchange the defective detector.
Unfortunately, to this day, we still have not received this part and therefore cannot provide you with a solution.

The system is great when you have a garage box without electricity, so the GSM 3G system is great, but the downside is that if someone manages to break into the garage and tears out the system and manages to destroy it before the calls come through, because you have to count 3 minutes between the trigger and the phone call, I find that very long.
Indeed, this is a slight technical constraint of this product due to the fact that it is completely autonomous. However, 3 minutes still seems extreme (normally a delay of 30-40 seconds is observed), I unfortunately think that the network level is a bit too weak in the box and therefore the device has difficulty connecting to the network.
There is still a solution to this problem, it requires the purchase of a detector but if it can reassure you about your installation, I think it is a lesser evil.
The solution is to hide the calling device, put it on silent (without siren) and add a complementary detector that will take care of detecting the individual and sounding the alarm. Thus, in case of a break-in, the element that will be broken will be this motion detector, but it will have already sent the intrusion signal to the device that calls you, discreetly. The perpetrator will not even know that another device exists, he will think he has succeeded in disabling it, but you will still receive the phone call.
