After browsing through the website and noticing the product I was interested in was out of stock I rang the contact number and given an alternative product that covered all my requirements. After ordering the product it arrived the following day on the free of charge standard delivery. Fantastic. The product looks sturdy and up to the job and from unboxing it, It was installed by myself and working in just over 1hour. In numerous tests all positive I now have piece of mind at night. Product and delivery all great.. as a DIYer the installation was a little trickier than expected due to narrow gaps around door and frame. This potential problem wasn't obvious to me from the limited instructions on line before ordering or with those that came with the product.
Parts ordered on line arrived within days and were exactly as described, no complaints.

The gentleman on the phone was extremely helpful, guiding me to an alarm and talking me through it. He answered all my questions and was very patient ad knowledgeable. I purchased the Gewa round back mandolin case online. Gewa were the only makers of a suitable case for a Neapolitan mandolin and I want to protect my 125 year old beautiful mandolin. I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of the case. Two hinges and three clasps, one with a lock, and the interior is nicely padded. At this price point you just have to buy it if you want to protect your delicate Neapolitan mandolin. I am really pleased with the case and I highly recommend it.
