The security posts were quickly and efficiently delivered although there was a minor mistake with order relating to the keys. The problem was very quickly and efficiently rectified and I would have no hesitation recommending UltraSecure Direct. The posts themselves were easy to install and are an effective deterent .

Gate alarm. Good and prompt service from the company and the product does exactly as advertised. My only small negative comment would be that the screws supplied seemed to be of poor quality as every screw driver used was ramping and it was difficult to screw the unit securely. We replaced the screws with our own stronger ones

This is my second alarm from Ultra secure Direct. I expanded the first with an interior siren and second door sensor used across 2 sheds 100ft from my property. I have a SIM card fitted to call me if an alarm goes off. In the 5 years I've had it it has been completely reliable, only needing to change the main unit batteries once a year. Absolutely can't fault the product. The second alarm is a gift for someone who needs a reliable alarm for an outbuilding.
