We do not hide this information at all and one must be realistic with outdoor material.
You are free to install it at ground level if you wish, but this implies potential false triggers. It all depends on whether your land is fenced or not as well as the rest of your environment.

Then, an entrance can be covered with a single pair of barriers, so if you need two pairs, again it is your environment that requires it, unfortunately we cannot do anything magical in this case. These barriers already cover 100 meters in length, which is already quite significant.

However, you are not a hostage of this system, we actually offer 30 days to all our customers to try our products and return them for a refund if they do not please you.

I received a wireless siren alarm & outdoor motion detector (F005-3820). The light flashes work while the siren is active. When the siren stops after a minute, the light flashes remain active indefinitely. This problem is confirmed by SecuriteMarche. In the event that the manufacturer cannot modify its product to stop the light flashes when the siren stops, I plan to use the Skylink XL solar outdoor alarm (F004-2170) as a replacement. This would have been a 5 star review but I have had a negative experience regarding being charged for an item that I had already paid for. I have tried to explain the situation regarding the over charging but it keeps getting rebutted back to me with them saying that I have been charged correctly,which I haven't. Going round in circles so I suppose I will have to let the money go,must be how they make a profit? Thank you for the comments, I assume you know you can move the side slide switch to Alert or Beep which gives you a slight variation in the sound, we find the Beep setting helps to hear it from further away. We do have other models which have volume control which we could upgrade you to if it helps, but they do unfortunately cost more.

It is explained that the second button must indeed be paired by you. This is completely normal (not at all a question of different frequency, I assure you). Why? Because, on this product, each time the battery is removed, the button must be paired again with the receiver-doorbell.
We test the material before shipping, so I have no doubt about its proper functioning (except in exceptional cases, covered by the warranty obviously).
To avoid any risk of triggers or leaks during transport, we remove the batteries from the products. Therefore, you simply need to proceed with the pairing during the setup (pressing 2 buttons simultaneously: the black button on the back of the doorbell, and the doorbell button).

We have made enquires with UK Mail who were the courier, and it appears they had a Vehicle Breakdown on this particular day which obviously created all types of problems. We do use two couriers plus the Royal Mail for our deliveries allowing us to compare the services our customers get, and although all three are very good for most deliveries, they do all have occasional problems which is unfortunately out of our hands, and no one service is any better than the other to be honest.
I hope this will not stop you using Ultra Secure in the future.

Apart the fact that I have received my package...service and delivery was terrible...I have not received any calls when the guy showed up at the door, despite the fact that I was home and there is no option to call anyone and help me about it. Thank you for the review, the problem with this delivery was that you requested in notes on the order for a delivery after 6pm, this was not an option being offered by any of our couriers (the couriers delivery hours are 8am - 6pm). Because of this we contacted you before the despatch on the 24th June 9.06 am by email (copy available) informing you that this option was not possible. We offered you alternative options including 1) a text message with a one hour delivery slot, 2) redirect the delivery to another address including your work address, 3) we could ask the courier to leave the package in a safe location for you , 4) or a full refund on the order. We did not receive an answer therefore we had no alternative but to despatch as you would be waiting for your good. We are very sorry this delivery didn't go as smooth as normal, but due to the facts listed above we would ask you to reconsider the score of the review.

I am sorry you have a problem with the Wireless Intercom, all of the Intercoms we sell are tested and advertised as results after 'clear line of sight' tests, we do not just rely of manufacturers claims as we always do our own tests. Wireless signals have to be tested this way, because there can be so many seen and unseen obstructions that may block a wireless signal, this could be unseen steel or electronics inside wall cavities, it can be local Wireless Transmission from devices such as TV, Broadband, Jammed (faulty) Wireless Electronics and many other factors, some that us the general public may not know about.
Because of this, we offer a clear 30-day money back to all customers, this gives them plenty of time to test the Intercom in their environment, if for any reason it doesn't work it can be sent back for a full refund providing it hasn't been damaged. It is impossible for us to know every eventuality in each installation, we apologize if this has caused you some inconvenience.

System was delivered very fast. Still not fully installed as yet but comments so far. No thought put into length of cable on panel trasformer (only approx. 1 metre long) options are to fit a socket higher up wall or extend cable so it will reach a practical height for the panel, it would cost almost nothing to supply with min 2 metre cable. I expect the same problem will be with alarm box transformer!! Instructions are minimal in some cases do not cover all aspects of the equipment / installation. Overall product seems very good, pity about the minor irritations. will still use Ultra Secure again

Thank you for the honest review, the length of cable from the transformer is standard, although I do not disagree that we should ask the supplier to look at options about having a slightly longer one, I think the question would be how long should it be ?. As for the instructions we send out quick setup guide and our advice which we have made up, we also include the full A5 manual inside the box, together with actually pairing all the sensors to the panel for you before dispatching. We would appreciate your comments to what more we should have done for you, which will help us look into the future.

5 stars for the site's responsiveness, but 1 star for the received merchandise, as for me, I ordered an outdoor passage detection system, I received a simple indoor beep, equipped with a soft plastic cover to slide over the indoor radar and which is supposed to seal it (it doesn't work!!!!)

And, very importantly, at no extra cost. The outdoor detector is resistant, no doubt about that. The cover helps to further protect the detector, but especially to reduce the angle and beam to precisely orient the detector on the desired passage. Do not confuse its utility. The choice of rubber is well thought out, it makes the task easier for our customers and does not reduce the effectiveness of protection.
