Buying my SIM card was a breeze I received it very quickly, some of the activation was somewhat difficult. This SIM was for an alarm system so having to trigger the system every six months to keep it alive is somewhat of a Inconvenience but it worked very well and replaced the current 3E SIM which was absolutely useless
There was a slight fault with the quality of the product I ordered. Service was excellent - They checked the stock they had for the same fault and sent a replacement out that same day and it arrived the following morning. Superb service, I would happily buy again and recommend.
A positive experience, considering I was a complete novice at buying this type of equipment. I phoned the company as I had a few queries with regard to whether this product was suitable for our needs and was guided by a very nice and knowledgeable man. The alarm has proved to be the correct product for alerting us to anyone entering or leaving the premises. Many thanks to UltraSecure Direct. I would definitely use them again for security products.

I rang ultrasecuredirect for some advice which they gave so I ordered the kit online on Saturday afternoon. It arrived Tuesday morning well packaged. I have not had a chance to install the item but it looks to be in good condition. This is the second time I had ordered from them but it was a few years ago but cannot remember anything untoward about my first transaction.

Found UltraSecure via Google - great choice of security cameras. I needed 3 but started with one to see how it went. The first arrived ontime and I needed some help to set up the SIM card. UltraSecure's Technical Assistance was brilliant and the system was up and running within 10 minutes. I thought the product would do the job and the telephone help sealed the job. First class. Bought two further cameras and very happy with my choice of supplier and products. The price was fair, too.
Great product. More robust than many and great features. I especially like that the alarm contacts you by phone or text. There are cheaper alarms but not as good. Buy cheap buy twice. Would definitely recommend
