Very helpful staff, and great products.

To say the delivery was quick is an understatement. I ordered on the 11th Feb, They said it would arrive on the 15th. It arrived the next day with DPD. It arrived already set up with the remote paired up with alarm, so it was all ready to go. However, I thought I made a mistake with the alarm I had ordered. I enquired, by email, if I could return it. 'Mark' who I was 'talking' to, said of course I could, but asked what was my concern. I explained. And he advised that what I really needed was external siren as well for what I wanted the alarm to do. So I ordered one. Again. it arrived the next day. Because the instructions are somewhat vague, I didn't understand how to pair up the siren to the alarm, so I phone the technical department and it was sorted out in minutes. You can tell by the look and feel of the alarm and siren that they are quality products. With that in mind, and the service I have received, I have no hesitation in recommending ultrasecuredirect to anyone.

Had a very positive experience with ultrasecuredirect.com. Pre purchase communication was great, ordering process very straightforward, and delivery was excellent (3 days). The website was easy to use, has plenty of relevant information, set up guides, helpful hints, and a very positive experience.

Ordered telescopic barriers, sturdy, arrived on time padlock arrived with no key but the error was rectified rapidly so all good.

Have added to my alarm system in recent weeks. Good system, easy to set up. Relatively cheap, seems to be working ok.

I purchased 2 off 007-0300 (BT PIR Alarm with remote and extra siren) for 2 garages. Ultra Secure have linked both alarms and sirens (optional), so if one is triggered they all sound, perfect. I have 1 of the sirens in the house so that I know it's my alarm that has been triggered, as the garages are a distance from the house. The person I spoke to at Ultra Secure Direct was very helpful on the phone and the delivery was really quick. Excellent product, first class service. Thanks.
