I find that handling the reception box is not practical as it requires two actions; press the blue button to take the line and then the red one to talk and be heard.

My order arrived very quickly. It was easy to install, with clear instructions. It is thus far apparently working perfectly. It was bought to replace a similar product, made by the same company, and bought through the same outlet, which must now be over 15 years old. Although still working this had become a little temperamental. Hoping the replacement lasts as long! So far so good but the old one survived outside even The Beast from the East...fingers crossed then
