A good product, simple to install. One small issue that was easily resolved with a short phone call to technical support, who answered the call within five rings.
I bought a parking post for my mum because she had an attempted vehicle theft on her drive. It arrived well packaged and was easy to fit. Would highly recommend.

I liked the product. It was programmed for me in advance but for different zone - I bought sensor for leakage and the sensor was programmed for Entrance zone. The programming manual is quite confusing - generally programming is not user friendly enough. The SIM card compartment is proper only for old dimensions of SIM card and this created a problem for me to find out an old mobile phone in order to register the new bought SIM card. Anyhow, product worked perfectly during the tests, so I hope I can rely on it for the purpose it has been bought.

These are the guys to deal with when you want security for your property. I ordered two PIR alarms for the workshop and garage and a siren for the house after getting advice from the company's staff. The items came already paired by Ultrasecure which saved a great deal of time and trouble. My only problem came when fixing the PIR's to the walls. A very small screw needs to be attached to the housing and this was difficult but thankfully it was the only problem. First test run was successful and the units have performed faultlessly ever since. I can only recommend Ultrasecuredirect for their products and first class service.

Excellent quality, rapid delivery
The product I purchased was the 3G version of the auto dialller/sms alarm. The product was installed easily and was of a good quality material. It works fine and as yet I have not topped up buy have peace of mind knowing there is an alarm on my caravan. So far so good.
