Quick to respond to email enquiries, value for money product ( non GSM garage alarm). Only been installed for a few days but product is operating as described. Only slight issue concerns the plastic mounting swivel that allows sensor to be positioned, it feels a little loose, a stiffer swivel design would merit 5 stars. Delivered in 48 hours.

Just what I wanted

Quick delivery, good technical helpline. Instructions for alarm (translated from Chinese presumably) truly appalling, but you don't really need them as the system is set up by Ultrasecure.

The product instructions are inadequate as well as the description There was no guarantee paper sent together with the product.Once the product is set up the operation is satisfactory. The product needs a discreet light indicator to show that is on or off .Packagine and delivery was excellent

Easy to order online, product information very good. Order was despatched very promptly and arrived in good condition. The PIR sensors had already been programmed into the receivers of the two driveway alarms, saving us hassle, and they were ready to use immediately. These were purchased to replace two alarms which we had for 10 years, and seem to be a real upgrade on the original product. So far they have been very reliable in our house with 2ft thick stone walls, and one receiver is about 35 metres from the PIR. I would highly recommend Ultrasecuredirect.

Email before purchase for advice, swift reply for email and system came day after ordering. Since getting have emailed for help and advice, both times got reply same day. Units came paired so I didn't need to do anything complicated, other than putting in batteries and screwing to walls. I will be getting extra bits for system later and I will be emailing to ensure I'm getting the right thing.
