UltraSecure itself was fine and the PIR alarm product itself is reasonable but it annoyingly has tiny fixing screws one of which quickly deteriorated - luckily after a search in my garage I found a suitable screw although I had to cut it down in length. To be honest the screw thing with the alarm needs sorting out - it makes a relatively good product look cheap.
