Very reactive customer service, following a problem with an external siren, I sent an email, and I was called back the very next day. After a free return of my defective siren for diagnosis, as it was not repairable, I received a new siren very quickly.
Bought as a replacement for a street plate that deteriorated in the sun, I would have appreciated a commercial gesture..

Hello. Your alarms are very good except for the battery life. Don't hesitate to review your boxes to accommodate LR20 batteries ensuring a much longer battery life.
Nothing works, I called the indicated number, >>> nothing, no one to talk to. The doorbell button does not connect to the receiver. I disassembled the doorbell and put the battery in the other way > nothing. No polarity indication on the battery either.
Everything is working very well.
