Didn't like it too much, it's written butter cake but on other descriptions on different sites it says there's peanut butter and I don't like that. If I had known, I wouldn't have bought it and that's what I feel in the flavors.

Deadlines not respected and the contact person does not respond to emails

Very good site with good promotions but check well that the bottles are tightly closed when sending parcels because I had a bottle that emptied halfway, it was everywhere and the box was in a bad state. Yet I have always been satisfied but this time disappointing!

I expected something else given the comments.

A cinnamon tiramisu not coffee for me

Order received late and despite an email asking for compensation, if only to cover the next shipping costs, the site just blames the post office when the package wasn't even dropped off the same day since I received the shipping email the next afternoon. So it's useless to order before noon, it's a waste. Not very customer-friendly.
Only positive point is the flash prices

About fifteen orders placed and never had any issues.
However, don't expect to receive a sample or anything in your package.

I don't smell the cookies

Following a customer service complaint for a 90€ order from Fat Friday, it turns out that almost a month later it still has hardly developed any flavor. All that was offered to me as an amicable solution was a 10€ voucher... Just enough to cover the shipping costs and a 10ml bottle on sale. I followed up with the person who has not yet responded to me. We are a family of heavy juice consumers and it would be a shame for everyone to lose us as new customers. Indeed, we received a private message on Facebook telling us that it must certainly come from a 'new supply' because it was a victim of its success and therefore to wait one to two weeks. After a month of waiting, I ordered another one telling me that I was just unlucky and that I should trust you. I had the same issue with the second liter. Obviously, we have abandoned the idea of vaping this juice but everything else on the site catches our eye. A more reasonable credit would be really well received, knowing that we are not even asking for a refund because we intend, initially, to enjoy your wide selection of renowned juices.

1 month of steeping after receipt and still not vapeable.
Tested in rebuildable on 6 different atomizers and with different builds/cottons. Including high-end material. 2 liters and 90€ wasted
