Customer reviews of Unicorn Vape

I ordered 3 liquids and received 2. I had to write to customer service to find out if there was an error. It turned out to be a stock shortage. Not specified on the order slip, which is a shame....

So far, the orders and deliveries have gone very well, except for the last one due to a partial stock shortage (which can happen), but at the time of the order, the stock was 6 not 5. So I'm waiting for the supposedly processed refund or a credit for the next order to be completely satisfied.

Fast delivery but missing 1 liquid from the 4 ordered.

I ordered 3 weeks ago! They didn't write my address correctly so the package was automatically returned by the post! Since then, 4 emails and no response and no other ways to contact them! Don't buy there, they don't take responsibility in case of a problem, they don't even bother to respond to you! I lost 30 euros (or rather they took it from me) but they lost a customer and I won't give them good publicity! Run away!!!!

I give 3 stars because every time I receive 500 ml bottles, it is impossible to open the bottle; the cap is just tiring and I end up using a tool pliers.

Order arrived well but there was tape on one of the bottles to prevent it from leaking; it's a shame, otherwise everything was perfect.

Navigation is very good, products are very good, it's the delivery that lets you down, too long.

The order takes a day or two longer than many other sites to arrive (same type of shipping), no tracking provided by the site, response to questions within two days... 3 stars for these reasons. Otherwise, the order is compliant and good availability of products.

Long shipping time. Sent 1 week after the order.

Order received incomplete with items said to be 'in stock' on the website but not received, no justification for this problem. Liquids not dated or with expired DLUO.
I am making a complaint to customer service, no discussion is held to see if I want to exchange my liquids or if I just want to be refunded by returning the items. The decision is made unilaterally by the seller who 'partially' refunds my order. I have no say in this decision. Huge disappointment for an order. This was my first order and it will certainly be the last. Be careful with the products you order.

The prices are interesting, but you shouldn't be in a hurry to receive your package: the delivery is slow and without tracking available. That's how it is for me with every order, but don't despair, it eventually arrives.

So I reiterate my problem is not resolved at all, I was indeed delivered super fast but the box does not work.
Customer service did not appreciate my first review which was necessarily negative because they did not respond, this customer service replied that they had sent me the process for returning the defective material, it's strange I received this response but not at all the procedure) as you might guess I received nothing, I just sent a second email giving another address just in case... no bad faith on my part just maybe I'm unlucky but in my case it doesn't work. Obviously if in the end it goes well with customer service I will modify this review, but it is clear that I will never return to this website, for a box at 40 bucks you are dragging your feet....

When ordering items of the same brand, make sure they are compatible. The customer does not necessarily have this information!

Product not compliant with the definition, eliquid, no fresh effect and very distant strawberry taste

A product leaked throughout the entire package. First time this happens but it's really annoying. I had to clean everything. Given the quantity of products ordered, I imagined a slightly sturdier package.

I did not receive the ordered products but other products without having been consulted, I will not order from them again.
