As indicated by email, your package is held by customs upon arrival in Algeria. This happens sometimes, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to speed up this process. All documents for customs clearance are attached to the package, and it will be delivered to you as soon as it is processed by customs.

Sometimes packages destined for countries outside the European Union are held in customs for a while upon arrival in the destination country. We always attach the necessary documents for customs clearance to the package, but sometimes it still takes a few weeks, and we have absolutely no control over this process.
