I am sorry for the issue you are experiencing with the delivery of your order. We ship orders every day from Monday to Friday, and any order placed before 1 PM is shipped the same day. The delivery times given by the Post are on average 48 hours - however, postal services sometimes have small delays for which we unfortunately cannot do anything. These are generally not very long, you should receive your order in the coming days!
