I love U.V, so many products, so many ranges, so many promotions, so many discount codes, the king of vaping. Deliveries are fast and secure. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because I have to order my 10 ml 20 mg 50/50 nicotine boosters from another site, a problem that according to customer service should be resolved soon. A wide choice and attractive prices in flash sales. Customer service is responsive in case of problems with an order, however I have never received a response from the webmaster regarding technical issues encountered on the site, hence my one star less!

Top site, easy to navigate

Order received incomplete with items said to be 'in stock' on the website but not received, no justification for this problem. Liquids not dated or with expired DLUO.
I am making a complaint to customer service, no discussion is held to see if I want to exchange my liquids or if I just want to be refunded by returning the items. The decision is made unilaterally by the seller who 'partially' refunds my order. I have no say in this decision. Huge disappointment for an order. This was my first order and it will certainly be the last. Be careful with the products you order.

So I reiterate my problem is not resolved at all, I was indeed delivered super fast but the box does not work.
Customer service did not appreciate my first review which was necessarily negative because they did not respond, this customer service replied that they had sent me the process for returning the defective material, it's strange I received this response but not at all the procedure) as you might guess I received nothing, I just sent a second email giving another address just in case... no bad faith on my part just maybe I'm unlucky but in my case it doesn't work. Obviously if in the end it goes well with customer service I will modify this review, but it is clear that I will never return to this website, for a box at 40 bucks you are dragging your feet....

Order tracking is not great, that's the only complaint I can make about the site.

Fast and well packaged. I give one star less for the relatively high shipping costs.

Cap of the flask was poorly tightened, everything was soaked. The bubble wrap was not enough. Where is the little gift to taste? Even your business card is not there. First time in ten years.

Very long delivery! Customer service responds once in two! Very disappointed!
