Received broken bottle and it's still up to me to contact them. I was raised to take responsibility for my mistakes. I must specify that the packaging was in perfect condition. It's still the customer's effort after a pseudo conversation with a third party and poof the negative review is erased. So clearly now I will not order from this site anymore just on principle. The delivery times given by the Post are on average 48 hours - however, postal services sometimes have small delays for which we can unfortunately do nothing.

I won't rate very poorly because the delivery is fast and the package is well packed, however the products inside leave much to be desired, I ordered 2 identical e-liquids and received them with 2 different tastes and textures. Normally the juices should be ready to use, too bad I wouldn't necessarily recommend.

If you order the same liquid multiple times, it is uncommon but possible that the bottles come from different batches, with different steeping levels: in this case, we recommend letting the bottles rest for a week away from sunlight, so that their flavors can develop well.
