The site is very good, many products with prices that defy all competition, however during my last order, I found myself with a liquid containing less ml than indicated on the site sale. I only consume this product, the quantity has always been respected, I buy it with a 10% discount and find myself with 10% less liquid, disappointed about this, otherwise everything is very good. The concerned product is: "Pitaya Kung Fruits Cloud Vapor - 50ml - Nicotine: No nicotine" Reference UnicornVape: "1CLOUDVAPOR16". I will continue to buy on the site but disappointed with this order.

An error in my order and no news from customer service, too bad.

Very fast, attractive prices. The experience would be perfect if the product sheets were up to date, or if customer service had the time to (really) respond to customers.

Order with a day's delay and the tips for the 200ml bottles were missing, email sent without response, otherwise nothing to report.

Error upon receiving my order, received 1 little tiramisu instead of a little Belgian.

Good products but excessive shipping costs given the quality of the packaging (too thin, too small and therefore damaged).

The site is fluid, clear, there are always nice promotions, which is very appreciated. That said, it has now happened twice that I received bottles of product that leak while the letter is in good condition. Otherwise nothing to report.

I am disappointed with the service. Indeed, the order took a long time to arrive and I was missing a booster.. I hesitate to reorder

Already in another survey, the problem of open or incomplete bottles, if it happens again, I will not buy from them, I am averaging 100 euros per month!! We'll see on the next order!!

Not bad. However, too many basic juices without interest, or recipes that have changed. Too bad.

Delivery price too high compared to the order price, especially since it arrived 48 hours late, which is double the delivery time.

Non-existent customer service, delivery announced 24/48h received at 72!

Website rather well done, incredibly low prices all year round, but customer service not very good...

The site could be better by allowing us to choose by quantity for example, the packages are neglected, I received mine completely open because it was a cut and poorly redone box, everything looks crushed, it's incredible to deliver packages like that knowing that I'm not the only one... Check your packages or change your staff!

I paid and ordered 20 unicorn boost 20mg of nicotine 10ml, they were not in my order, I am really disappointed especially since I paid for them.

Disappointed, 2 bottles leaked in the packaging but otherwise no issues!!

Damaged package and missing e-liquid bottle even though I suspect it was the carrier's fault, the packages should be of better quality.

We are definitely not at the top of red fruits, I find it has a medicinal taste, the sensation of vaping old strepsils ;( tested on berserker mtl, nevoks feelin and suorin air mod, same observation. A friend liked it so I gave it to him, as the saying goes 'to each their own bad taste'.

Order received late without any visibility on the order tracking while the order fees were charged. In short, for a first impression as it was a first order, this impression is rather negative. I am not sure about reordering.

Although the product I ordered arrived quickly and in perfect condition, it was of such poor quality that I cannot be satisfied. Indeed, it burned a coil in just 15 ml even though I took the time to ask if this would be the case by email before ordering. I was assured that in most cases this would not be the case. And when I called one of the people from the site, he told me everything and its opposite. While telling me that for him it was normal for a liquid in 30/70 to create such a big inconvenience so quickly. He acknowledged that this was not indicated on the site and that it did not pose any problem for him. Upon arrival, I lost nearly 25 euros without any offer of reimbursement or goodwill gesture. I will not order from this site again...
