Very good overall rather satisfied. However, where I am really disappointed is the packaging. We end up with 200ml in a simple bottle. No pouring spout or anything to facilitate the use of the product. Had to fill 30ml bottles that I fortunately had in reserve to use it and still I spilled everywhere. I can't imagine someone receiving it without having an empty bottle at home. This is a very bad point on this side, as many competitors offer you empty bottles or pouring spouts... too bad.

Still the same logistical problem!
The postal agent from Colissimo does not bother to drop the packages in my mailbox.
I had to go to the Central Post Office (near my home) twice and I could only retrieve my package on Friday, May 29.
The delivery service for this order was supposed to be free (special promotion).
Nevertheless, you charged me €4.90 for delivery fees.
This is not correct.

I placed two orders with you over €100 and I was surprised not to receive even a single sample or other gifts from you. Your promotional prices are competitive but it was mainly an opportunity for me to concentrate my purchase with you for shipping costs because you had all (almost) the products I wanted.
