Good site, very punctual on deliveries. 2 criticisms however: one for putting online products that are out of stock, and promo codes that are almost non-existent, if we exclude free shipping. When will there be a loyalty program for regular customers?

regular customer, I just find it a shame that the shipping costs are a bit high for abroad (but it has already decreased compared to before). And it's never possible to use the vouchers that work from €60 otherwise I get hit hard by customs fees (free below €62 including shipping costs, exorbitant above and since the promo codes are outside shipping costs, it doesn't work...)
