Unless I'm mistaken, I haven't seen if it was possible to return an order if it didn't suit. I wanted to have my bracelet engraved but I didn't dare because I didn't know if it would be possible to return it. Is it possible, if the bracelet is suitable, to return it to you for engraving? If so, who will bear the return shipping costs?

The bracelet is aesthetic but does not fit well on the wrist and since it is rather rigid, it does not conform to the curve of the wrist. Product should be tried in-store to realize this.

Very happy with my purchase on Ursul. The design is original, the finish of the product seems very good. I am disappointed on 3 points: the fact that the merchant site is a Shopify is not reassuring from my point of view. Second point, the delivery option to a relay point does not allow you to choose your relay point (or it is very poorly done, and I did not like the Neighbor relay option which consists of picking up my package next to my home and having to make an appointment with the person who received the package in my place). Finally, on the site, the item is presented in a nice leather box, the reality is that it arrives in a cardboard box in the brand's colors. These elements detract from the shopping experience of a product at €390, despite a quality that seems to be there. Ursula you are a great brand, we count on you to improve that!

The paper gift box without more!!!

The bracelet is more yellow than camel, I'm a bit disappointed, it's a gift for my mother's 60th birthday. She chose it, but I hope she won't be disappointed either.

Very pretty bracelet. Disappointing however on the engraving because the spelling was not respected. I wanted "A notre coach préférée" in the feminine and it was engraved in the masculine "préféré"! Too bad, because it's a woman's bracelet.

I bought a leather strap bracelet for my husband. The look is very nice but the fasteners to hold the link hurt his wrist. It's a shame he's even thinking of changing the fastener... I don't know if it'll be possible.

Both the double and triple U-TURN bracelets were true to image. I'm very happy with them. I removed one star for the actual size difference between the 2 bracelets. For size S: The U-TURN DOUBLE is small, while the U-TURN TRIPLE is a comfortable size.

Very good responsiveness on the online site, which doesn't work very well. Good tracking of the order, products on hold... and good responsiveness on shipping, I was even offered to change the relay point so that the package arrives at my vacation destination!

Hello, very good sales approach, mention TB for the call to advise me on the choice of leather color initially chosen. On the other hand I'm disappointed with the finish, given the price, I expected a more beautiful leather in terms of finish and the orange color does not render as on your site. I'll have to see when I offer it if we exchange it for another model.

I placed an order for a leather bracelet, its gift bag and an engraving. But the invoice was later updated without the engraving.Edit: Ursul customer service was very efficient in handling the situation. They contacted me on Wednesday and apologized for the error due to their system. They did the engraving the same day and delivered a new, engraved bracelet the next day - Thursday.

I ordered a bracelet to be engraved for a birthday, only the engraving can not be done because the engraving machine is broken. I will receive the bracelet without engraving very disappointed.

nice product but complicated to put on

Disappointed by the bracelet, which I thought would be wider based on the photos. Nothing beats the direct visual.

Very nice bracelet because it's unusual. However, after two days' wear, the bracelet showed scratches without any action having been taken that might damage it... So it's impossible to wear it in everyday life if you want to keep the polished finish. The Ursul team is very attentive to customers' needs and doesn't hesitate to inform them with a phone call as soon as any doubt arises. Thank you for your responsiveness.

Hello,The clasp is difficult to close. Maybe it needs a "helping hand". Ditto for my wife. These bracelets don't suit me, but they seem to be of good quality.

I'm a bit disappointed with my order because the color of the bracelet doesn't match the one I saw on the site when I placed my order. It's either a delivery error or a problem with the site. So I was a little disappointed when I opened the parcel. I kept it because the model is very pretty, even if it's not the color I expected, and it says that you have to pay to return it and send it by recorded delivery with signature. A bit expensive ....

good product bought in store but contrary to what is indicated I did not have the moisturizing cream for leather for my SPARTIATE Bracelet. I was also told that it was silver, whereas it's steel.

Complicated and not very flexible website ...Shop with a really great welcome but very far away.

Good quality product, very well made, but the fastening system is very awkward to use at first.
