Hello, two pieces ordered, a handbrake cable and a ceiling light (lighting); for the cable ten out of ten, for the ceiling light zero, already broken in the packaging, poor quality product and pale copy of the original. The customer service annotation cannot be given immediately as no complaint has been made about the product concerned.

It's logical not to order if the packages have to stay in your hands. What is less logical is that there is no mailman! There are instructions given (not to have contact with customers, put directly in the mailboxes), which, if respected, still reduce the risks.

The Post Office normally has a public service role and should therefore maintain collections and deliveries as usual. I work for a competing company in the parcel field and they did not hesitate to ask people already working for them in other positions to replace absent staff on short notice. In these difficult times, people rely heavily on their orders and it is normal for them to receive their goods, even with a slight delay. This is what is called customer respect.
