At first glance, and after a few sessions, the board looks good. We'll see how it holds up over time, but for the price, it's excellent. I bought it for less than 40% at an unbeatable price. I haven't found any real faults yet. The finish of the rails and outline may not be top-of-the-range, but 90% of surfers won't notice the difference. I bought it new, but when I received it, the foam pad was already a little yellowed. I guess it wasn't produced recently, but that's okay, for the price, I'm fine with it. The Futures cases look pretty well finished. The glassage looks pretty solid. Here too, the visual finish is average, as the resin layers are clearly distinguishable, but personally, if that's the downside of paying such a low price, I'm fine with it!

The site advertises delivery between 2 and 4 working days, but I received my order more than a week later... ordered on a Saturday, delivered on Tuesday of the following week. Too bad I wasn't there...

Extremely disappointed by this order and the delivery process: No information received concerning the delivery date and therefore no possibility of planning the delivery during the period of presence at home; Receipt of the board with a deliveryman in a hurry to drop off the parcel; Subsequent finding of damage to the surfboard at the Nose because there was a polystyrene film which hid the defect... Non-existent customer service, with a long delay before getting any feedback on the dispute, and the damage to the board not taken care of! No customer contact, everything done by e-mail... In short: a company that is not at all focused on its customers and their considerations!

Warning, severe quality issues: low-grade china finboxes used! (boxes are too wide; screws don't work properly). This is a true and objective rating which I can prove. I contacted Venon to find a solution and will adjust the rating when I have a clarification on this issue.
