I started to use the board this week and I lost 3 central fins because fin plugs are defectives, when I bought it you said only aesthetic defects non functional, that's so disgusting I feel scammed
After a test, the SPECTRE is not at all reactive or manageable to my liking: after contacting them, customer service refuses a refund or a credit note despite an online purchase. Very bad experience.
I recently bought a second-hand Quokka, relying on the information from the website that stated that, despite minor defects, the board could be surfed. However, these defects turned out to be much more significant than expected, making the board difficult to use in the water. It's a real disappointment and a frustrating experience.
I received the surfboard very damaged (in 3 points). For repair the surfboard I would spend 200€. I asked support to Venon but after 20 days I still waiting an answer. Very bad experience with this company. I can demostrate all with pictures, documents and mail... 🙁
Received a prototype or some board with sandpaper caused damage and spots here and there. Definitely not a new board and customer service is not reachable since 2 weeks.

The board they sent me has defective future type boxes, they come as bigger, never seen before. I have tried with different types of fins and all of them dance and it is impossible to tighten them. It is a very serious defect that they send you the board with such an important defect. I have been trying to contact them via email and chat since Monday and they don't give me any solution, they don't even answer me. The truth is that I don't know how this will end but so far it's been a nightmare buying a Venon board. I hope they give an answer and solve all this.
Board with derivative housing too big! Board unusable
The site advertises delivery between 2 and 4 working days, but I received my order more than a week later... ordered on a Saturday, delivered on Tuesday of the following week. Too bad I wasn't there...
Extremely disappointed by this order and the delivery process: No information received concerning the delivery date and therefore no possibility of planning the delivery during the period of presence at home; Receipt of the board with a deliveryman in a hurry to drop off the parcel; Subsequent finding of damage to the surfboard at the Nose because there was a polystyrene film which hid the defect... Non-existent customer service, with a long delay before getting any feedback on the dispute, and the damage to the board not taken care of! No customer contact, everything done by e-mail... In short: a company that is not at all focused on its customers and their considerations!
Warning, severe quality issues: low-grade china finboxes used! (boxes are too wide; screws don't work properly). This is a true and objective rating which I can prove. I contacted Venon to find a solution and will adjust the rating when I have a clarification on this issue.
Board arrived damaged, email sent with photos, no reply. Board seems fragile.
Poor quality board, Studio model. Color not finished... new but already yellowed...
