Beautiful fan, always of good quality and easy to handle. Just one regret, that the packaging is more basic and less qualitative than the one I bought several years ago.
The fan is very pretty, it says "polished" but the wood is rather sanded than polished so I would say a bit disappointed compared to the last one I bought but it is still a good purchase!
Very pretty fan with bright colors and beautiful craftsmanship that perfectly matches the description. The only downside: the shipping box, far too large for such a small 'lost' item without more protection inside, was really mishandled during transport and was delivered to me completely crushed. Fortunately, the fan held up well;

Order as expected Delivery on time
I am very satisfied with the purchased item (fan). The person I gave it to liked it a lot. However, I am unhappy with the delivery by DPD. I was at home knowing that the package was going to be delivered, I had my phone next to me. It would have been enough for the delivery person to stop in front of my door and call me. I would have immediately gone down to pick up the package. Moreover, I paid shipping fees corresponding to a home delivery. No, the delivery person, by authority, left the package at a pickup point!!! I made a complaint to DPD, but they don't seem to respond to me, which shows their lack of interest in their customers. So, satisfied with the item but unhappy with its reception. I will no longer order from sellers using this carrier.

The fan is pretty. But for the price, I thought the wood would be varnished. It will get dirty quickly if I don't varnish it myself.

Very beautiful colors
Regarding the products, nothing to complain about. However, the site announces a shipment within 48 hours. After my order, I received an email informing me of a delay of about 10 days. Then, after the deadline passed, I followed up by email twice without ever receiving a response. In the end, I placed my order on 9/05 and received it on 29/05 (it was a birthday gift for 24/05!) Too bad.....

I am quite disappointed with the quality of the finishes of the 2 fans purchased. Also, the packaging leaves much to be desired for the price, wrapped in kraft paper. Disappointed, even more so, that I had bought a fan of your brand in a store in Montpellier 6 years ago, in a nice cardboard case with your brand name. The price was of course lower but the quality much better.
