I received the email giving me the delivery date 4 days after ordering. So I contacted customer service. No delivery to my home as informed, but to the central distribution service. loss of a day to wait.

the oya delivered has paint defects on all sides. it's outrageous to sell a product with so many smudges on the motifs. it looks like the varnish was applied before the motifs were dry. It looks like the varnish was applied before the paint on the motifs was dry. handmade and artisanal doesn't mean sloppy, especially at that price! a little ashamed to have offered such a poorly made item.
