I only give 4 stars because the package arrived in a deplorable state. It was completely open, torn everywhere. I urge you to improve the packaging so that it can withstand all logistical handling during transport.

All received. A change of delivery location related to the carrier. The delivery points were clearly not up to date.

Very happy with the order. However, I had a lot of difficulty retrieving my package as the store did not respect the indicated hours. I strongly advise against this relay.

Product delivered in obviously too fragile cardboard as it arrived torn..

Very satisfied with this purchase. The dimensions and design of the Worm Café are perfect for my needs (location on the terrace), the worms are in great shape! The only downside is the quite strong smell of plastic. I hope the Willy won't be too disturbed.

The worm composter was out of stock but quickly restocked.

Composting notice is hard to read, blurry and very small. Otherwise, the worms are vigorous. To be continued.

The bag of worms arrived open in the packaging, which was not the case the first time. Fortunately, I didn't lose too many worms in the process.

Correct delivery times

Perfect delivery. Only downside: one of the tabs used to secure the bottom base is broken 😞

The delivery time is very good. However, I had ordered three items and one was not delivered. I contacted customer service and they assured me that they would do everything necessary. I'm now waiting for this delivery.

I have received my earthworms but I found this purchase a little expensive I hope they will like it and make good compost I was well informed of the arrival of my package in the relay I had chosen

Items as ordered. However, there was a big problem with the packaging, which is a kraft envelope, because the paper arrived torn across one width, which meant that the deliveryman could help himself without any problems or that items could have been lost. It's a shame, especially considering the price of delivery. I'm all for reducing unnecessary packaging, but this is unacceptable. We should think about Hippli packaging in this case (?)

The worms died three days after being placed in the composter. So I have no more worms and no working composter either.

Too few worms in the package

Site not very clear for the orders, the KIT starting in fact for me meant that one starts thus to have EVERYTHING but it was not the case, moreover the times of preparation of the orders are ultra long and delivery super expensive for not even receiving in 24/48h as written on the site at the time of the order, delivery country selected and the after-sales service is really slow, I get a reply 3 days later when I've managed to manage on my own despite having read and reread the manual. I still don't know when or how I'm supposed to manage the extra bins and the storage plate. I really regret my purchase, especially as these are worms from a species where we don't know how to put ALL our green rubbish, so in the end I still have a green garbage can at home that generates maggots (from fruit flies) because I don't know how to put even the smallest piece of bread in it, all the vegetable waste such as onion skins, etc. will never replace good old garden compost, and worm conditioning sucks, because if I don't cut the plastic into lots of pieces to "rinse" them, I'm throwing lots of worms into the garbage can the plastic bag for packaging the worms breaks the whole image of naturalness, reusability, a box would have been better, so that I could reuse it to harvest the compost afterwards I don't recommend it at all, and I don't intend to sponsor people.

The earthworms were in short supply and very small. I do not recommend this site.

8-day delay between worm order and receipt, which may have resulted in the low number of worms received. Ordered 250 g of worms. I didn't weigh them, but very few were counted.

Order placed in the first half of April and no news since. Had to jump through hoops to be told they were waiting for a delivery but no further info since .... If customer follow-up improves, I'll change my opinion, but for the moment I think it's generous ... It's understandable if the seller takes the trouble to warn of delays ... But here nothing at all with no delivery date to boot ... Non-existent customer follow-up...

Hello , I received my order on time , logistically it went well but in my 2 bags of 500 grams , there were maximum 50 earthworms , frankly I bought 2 bags of shavings . A commercial gesture was to be made, but I have not been contacted, nothing. Without repair, I'll look for earthworms in Bourges, which I hear is very good. I ordered 250g of composting earthworms from their website. I received a total of 6 earthworms, which I find quite expensive for the price... I asked for a commercial gesture but got no answer. I suspected that I wasn't going to receive the 250g, but to receive 6 ... I give it 2 stars, because the delivery was still quick.
