The suggestion of a zoom meeting to explain everything is really nice, as is the starter kit with the earthworms, which have become accustomed to their new environment.

Fast shipping and delivery, careful packaging of the City Worms vermicomposter and, above all, the worms (ordered as extras) that survived the journey! Installation of the vermicomposter is straightforward, and the booklet supplied explains how to get it up and running. The unit does take up quite a bit of space (you have to plan for that) but after a week, you can't even see it anymore 🙂
