I received a parcel containing barely 20 or 30g of worms for an order of 250g, so I bought potting soil... A scandal, and the Vers la Terre company has yet to give me a single explanation that makes any sense.
The worms were mostly dead or in poor condition. I immediately put them in the composter when I received them.
The parcel took more than 15 days to arrive and the worms died after one or two weeks.

I ordered a kilo of worms and received 200grams.
I live in Switzerland and ordered a vermicomposter in 2021 and my worm colony was decimated after the winter when I put it back outside. To order new worms this year I had to go through the Swiss Vers la Terre website, where prices are over 50% higher. However, there's no structure in Switzerland and the merchandise is shipped from France. My account was debited, the order didn't arrive and after numerous reminders, I should have received it a month later.
In the purchase process indicated on the site, it was said that vers la terre would contact me to inform me of the delivery I was not contacted, the delivery was scheduled without notifying me on Thursday, then shifted to Friday ... all in a week of heat wave. I don't know if half the worms didn't die of exposure.
