Fast delivery! Everything is perfect!

I found that there was a lot of litter but few worms. These were very much alive but small in size.

But despite these precautions, some of the worms still suffered from the trip. Avoid ordering them in the middle of summer! I should have thought of that.

Delivery on time and on schedule. Easy to assemble, looking forward to the results in a few weeks.

Mattresses that worms love...sold at a very affordable price, so why deprive them???

Fast shipping and delivery, careful packaging of the City Worms vermicomposter and, above all, the worms (ordered as extras) that survived the journey! Installation of the vermicomposter is straightforward, and the booklet supplied explains how to get it up and running. The unit does take up quite a bit of space (you have to plan for that) but after a week, you can't even see it anymore 🙂

When I received my vermicomposter, there were no worms. Perhaps they died on the way to Switzerland? To avoid this risk again, I bought worms in Switzerland and had them delivered within 24 hours: they were all very much alive!

Friendly team, but not very responsive for tracking the package, no info on its arrival at the parcel point, I waited in vain!
