I recently invested in a CityWorm and I am completely satisfied. What's more, I had a few questions before my purchase, which were efficiently answered by customer service.

Following a delivery lost by the carrier, I received a second order very quickly and at no extra cost. The first email exchanges were a little tense because both sides didn't understand what was going on. But everything was quickly sorted out. Thank you

It took a little over two weeks, (as expected), but all was well.

The shipment was perfect but I received no instructions on how to keep these worms healthy. For the moment, I'm using all the kitchen waste and dead leaves, stirring the whole thing up from time to time.
