I love your products, but I really broke out in a cold sweat over the delivery of the worms. As they're alive, I was much more stressed than if they'd been an object. I wondered if they were going to arrive, because there was too much delay between the internet order and the processing of my order, which was only taken into account after two email reminders from me (apparently, it had got lost). Secondly, I wasn't given the delivery dates, and as I travel a lot, this was a problem: I wasn't there when the first delivery arrived. I had to call several times, get an answering machine, and finally figure out on my own how to reschedule directly with the delivery person. In short, it's really putting the brakes on another purchase......when your offer is so interesting. too bad! I'd also like it to be possible to have lower delivery charges for orders of small products (like humidification blankets).....
We received the worms 15 days after ordering as there were public holidays and therefore no shipment, but this was not specified when the order was placed.
I had paid a supplement to receive the parcel at home in 48h, I received it 6 days later in a relay parcel whose address had not been given to me... It's a pity because the vers la terre team is full of good will and my parcel was very good.

Lid received broken sent mail on their site and no response to date .too bad otherwise well designed item . I had ordered mats that were added to the inside of the impostor earthworm, I guess that's why the lid broke inside.
Compared with the last orders, the delivery contained very few worms, but mostly tiny ones. The last orders had large green ones and small ones. It was a mixture. This time it was all tiny worms, so small I thought there weren't any. But when I put on my glasses I saw a few. Really disappointed with this order.
Using a vermicomposter takes a lot of time and attention, and I think you have to be highly motivated to persevere. Handling and storage are difficult when you live in an apartment. I have a very small balcony where it's too cold in winter and too hot in summer. At the moment, I've put the vermicomposter in the cellar. The worms are very active and produce a lot of compost.
For the order you asked for an identifier without specifying which one, it took me several e-mails to get an answer. i almost gave up
Package arrived in VERY poor condition!
Hello, the order tracking info is missing, so we have no idea where it is' Apart from that, the delivery is as ordered.
No tracking of the parcel, I only knew that it had been sent, no way of tracking it afterwards, I went to the relay point at random to pick it up. The booklet I was hoping for, with advice on how to get my vermicomposter up and running again, was not what I had hoped for, only a very brief flyer.
I placed an order with you on February 1st and it wasn't until February 26th that I was able to pick up my worms... Fortunately, in the meantime, I received a new delivery because if I had picked up my first order, which arrived after 15 days, I don't think the worms would have been in good shape. I made 5 phone calls all the same and once I was told "yes, we'll send them out on Monday" but unfortunately the person didn't send out the order and without my phone call the worms wouldn't have left your premises. Anyway, I finally received my worms and started my vermicompost. It's a pity that we have to order worms from you because there are no other "sellers".
Sell a pack with 5 banks and not 2, that would avoid recommending 3 banks. Or strongly recommend it on your site.

The instruction flyer didn't correspond to the contents of my box: it mentioned a coconut fibre to be moistened, but there wasn't any. n addition, the explanations weren't very clear and precise: the steps weren't numbered and the layout on the paper was confusing.
My parcel was exactly what I'd ordered, but I was extremely disappointed to see polyester "stuff" to "wedge" the compacto and the mats for the earthworms. What a shame!
Good product but the choice of delivery by point relai DPD (the only one thus imposed) involves disasters.

Delivery was a disaster. I was driven around for 5 days only to find myself in a relay with poor parking facilities. With a package weighing at least 15 kg. The product itself is very good and the instructions very practical.
For the second time, the delivery of the worms went wrong. The first time, the shipper had nothing to do with it, but this time, instead of the 500 grams of worms I ordered, I received 6, not 600 grams, but 6 worms. This is my last order on this site.

The Coty was received impeccably, assembled and installed as described in the instructions, but then came the big disappointment... Worms escape or are stuck under the lid, after a few days bad smells... now I find worms drowned in the juice of the lower bin, that's what stinks...

Unfortunately the bottom tray of the vermicomposter arrived with one of the four "bitoniaux", which have to fit into the four corners to give stability, broken. I'll try to glue it back in place...

The oya delivered has paint defects on all sides. it's outrageous to sell a product with so many smudges on the motifs. it looks like the varnish was applied before the motifs were dry. The delivery was delayed several times, leaving me stranded for several afternoons in a row for nothing; and the parcel had been badly damaged by the journey, with several parts broken, further delaying the installation of the vermicomposter. Parts were promptly returned to me, but no commercial gesture was made.
Error on garden box received... Immediate return of the good one but broken lid... New one returned in good condition... Despite these problems, I'm satisfied with the customer service response and the product I received!
Nice book, but not easy to put into practice.
